Argentina: Outgoing and Incoming Cabinet Chiefs Organize Transition

Marcos Peña, the head of the new Cabinet appointed by President-elect Mauricio Macri, has held the first meeting with his predecessor Anibal Fernandez to organize the transfer of power set for December 10. He said that in a democracy, the upcoming transition must reflect civilization, courtesy and cordiality, and that the two chiefs are taking steps to make sure this happens. teleSUR
