Video: World's largest climate tower in the heart of the Amazon

Brazil is home to the largest part of the Amazon rainforest. Acting as a gigantic carbon filter and a cloud generator, it's often described as "the lungs of the planet". It's in the heart of the rainforest that Brazil recently inaugurated the Amazon Tall Tower Observatory, or ATTO.
The mast aims to monitor chemical changes in the air. Scientists there are also studying the formation of clouds, all in the hope of seeing how climate change is contributing to extreme weather events. Our reporters went to check it out.
A programme prepared by Patrick Lovett, Laura Burloux and Yong Chim.
