Hey man, let us know what city? If you are in the London we can hang after work and I'll introduce you to my friends as we are going to drinks after
[] i think he might be talking about the people who only bring up female on male rape to try to shut down people trying to stop male on female rape. like the ones who don't actually care about doing anything about it, they just want women to shut up. but i'm not entirely sure what his point is.
[] What can't you wear to Disneyland?
[] Stubbornness. The mentality that it's just another storm is a common one among floridians who face hurricanes and tropical storms on a semi regular basis. Also some people just don't have the means to evacuate.
[] I often feel like it's me.
My mym's side of the family are all doctors / nurses / surgeons / in medicine.
My dad is paid very well, his brother worked for the ambulance service.
My brother earns a fair amount and has a degree in maths.
I went to a mediocre secondary school, failed my a levels, re took them and did music as a degree. I now work as a sales assistant.
[] I find Amy Schumer funny, but both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler unfunny. Will I get my Redditship revoked?
[] Yeah. I think people get to a point that they literally forgot how hard it is on someone to lose their job (especially without cause and without warning). I was fired from a job where I was making over $1,000 a week due to some utter BULLSHIT (seriously, I'd done less than nothing wrong) and was jobless for 6 months. We only scraped by due to my savings.
The job I finally found?
Making $6.50 an hour.
Luckily things have improved since then, to say the least.
[] And air.
[] You're in a brick house you should be fine as long as you aren't in the storm surge area. Although hopefully you boarded up the windows.
I was in 5th grade during Floyd (southeastern NC) and my mom didn't have the funds to evacuate, we lived in a single wide trailer. We lived.
Hope it goes OK for you!
[] r/jokes is better..
[] Tree of liberty and all that. People get armed and protect yourself!
[] Bagels have a lot of sugar in
[] LSD. I'm not joking. One trip and I'm feeling great for WEEKS afterwards
[] wow, this is great to watch. Just shows people are still the same up until they don't have the energy to carry on anymore. Great post OP.
[] "Well, I woke up this morning, I got myself a beer
Well, I woke up this morning, and I got myself a beer
The future's uncertain, and the end is always near"
[] They gave to get paid for it, I guess
[] Because Christiania is a tourist hellhole with weed instead of hookers?
[] coz the bitch was asking if she was his only one on the 4th second
[] It's also uncomfortable and risky to walk on. Have reclaimed barn wood floors in my formal den. They're kinda abrasive and I fear for splinters. Only been here a month and the room isn't finished being decorated so only time will tell. Great concept for a hunting cabin though. But I feel you may have a hard time selling a single family home with this design.
[] Thats fair though, the way maps work America seems to be around the same size as as europe because of how curvature is displayed on maps so america looks small and europe looks big when its really the opposite way around
[] I think OP means on the border between the two countries.
[] I think what you call a "deductible" is what we (UK) call an excess?
So when you have a car accident, your insurance will have, say, a £500 excess. So you pay the first £500 of every claim. Great when you get smashed into, but if your car gets keyed you probably won;t claim for that.
You pay a lower premium if you have a higher excess, and visa-versa.
The whole American health insurance system seems ridiculous from me as an outsider so I am not sure if it works a different way...
[] Some people are dropped on their heads as kids, but this dude was clearly thrown.
[] House wines at the D'Amico and Sons restaurants in Minnesota are free refills. Not really a drinking establishment though so I wonder how far they would let you take it.
