Chakrasana can be performed in the following steps:

1. Sit down in the lotus position
2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath
3. Lie down on your back
4. Bend your legs and place your feet near the buttocks
5. Place your hands just above the shoulders, with palms flat on the ground
6. Raise your body on your palms and feet to form a circle
7. Hold your body in this position
8. Come back to the earlier position and repeat the steps
