Sarva in Sanskrit means all or every. Anga means body part or a limb. Asana means posture. So Sarvangasana means All body posture in Sanskrit.

Technique :
Lie on the back and keep your hands in the m idle of the spine.
lift the lower body and legs such that the neck, head, and the shoulders along with the upper arms support the entire weight of the body.
Look towards the toes and keep the line of the head in perpendicular position to the front of the body.
Repeat thrice.
