The Flying Scotsman's inaugural journey

Footage has emerged from Arlesey, Bedfordshire, of the Flying Scotsman train making its journey to York, to be displayed at the National Railway Museum (NRM).

The video, filmed this morning, shows the Flying Scotsman passing by Arlesey train station while people take pictures from the platform.

The famous locomotive has been restored so it can go on display at the NRM. The project took ten years and £4.2 million to complete.
