'Faith' to keep track of foreign aid to PH

Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda announces the launch of the Foreign Aid Transparency Hub (Faith) that will track pledges of assistance from foreign governments. In a press conference at the Department of Foreign Affairs Thursday, March 20, 2014, Lacierda said the website would provide clearer, more detailed and accurate information on how much foreign aid has been given to the Philippine government and where these were channelled.
