CE'CILE live @ Main Stage 2013

Since her early, sudden successes such as the ironic 'Changez' of 2000, Ce'cile has represented, in a unique way, intelligence and beauty in the field of Jamaican dancehall. Her career in the music industry began via the back door: for years she was manager of a recording studio, backing singer and writer for various artists such as Jah Mason and Chrisinti. After 'Changez' and her other first singles, Sean Paul wanted her beside him on 'Can you do the work', in his massively successful CD 'Dutty Rock'. Despite her many successes with singles, Ce'cile only had the opportunity to make her first album in 2008 with the German label Kingstone. Her latest full-length release is 'Jamaicanization', 2011.
