Bizarre but amusing footage of a budgie spinning around on the spot.

The video, filmed in the UK yesterday, shows the cute bird spinning in a strange way, with its owner baffled as to why he does it.

"He is perfectly healthy and happy, he just does this occasionally," she later wrote online.
