Learn how to make Dhaba style Paneer Bhurji recipe at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Paneer Bhurji is prepared with cottage cheese cooked in Indian spices. It a quick and easy to make vegetarian main course.

Ingredients:

150 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves

Method:

- In a pan heat some oil.
- Then add ginger garlic crush, chopped onions, tomatoes, salt & mix masala. Saute well.
- Add grated paneer. Mix well. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
- Paneer Bhurji is ready.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
