While Donald Trump was announced the winner of the US presidential race, he has yet to be formally elected. On December 19, an 'Electoral College' composed of electors from each of the 50 states and DC, will officially determine who becomes the next President of the United States. But the system is being criticized more and more, especially since Hillary Clinton won the popular vote with 2.5 million more votes than her opponent.
