Crab Masala Fry is an easy and quick Maharashtrian main course recipe where fresh crabs are tossed in spicy and tangy masala paste.

Ingredients:

3 Crabs
4 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste

Masala Paste:
1 Onion
7-8 Dry Red Chillies
1 inch Ginger
10-12 Garlic cloves

Method:

- Make a masala paste of onion, dry red chillies, ginger and garlic. Keep this paste aside till further use.
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add the crabs cut into halves. Add salt to taste. Toss this for a minute.
- Then add the masala paste. Mix everything well.
- Keep stirring till the gravy dries out and crabs are cooked.
- Crab Masala Fry is ready to be served.
