Stuffed Bangda Fry is an easy and quick Maharashtrian style fish fry recipe where fresh Bangda fish is marinated and stuffed with tasty coriander, ginger & garlic paste. Then nicely coated with semolina and lastly shallow fried in hot oil.
Ingredients:
4 Bangda
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
2 Dry Mangoes (Amsul)
2 tbsp Semolina
Method:
- Apply salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the fish.
- Make a marination of coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli and dry mango. Apply this marinate to the fish. Also stuff the fish with this marinate.
- Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat some oil for shallow frying.
- Coast the fish with semolina.
- Shallow fry it in hot oil on both the sides.
- Lip smacking Stuffed Bangda Fry is ready.
