House Speaker Paul Ryan and the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee said Thursday that there's no evidence supporting President Donald Trump's wiretapping claims. The comments come a day after the House Intelligence Committee chairman declared there was no evidence supporting the wiretapping allegations. Trump originally made the accusations two weeks ago in a stunning tweet. Trump stood by his claims in a Fox News interview Wednesday, saying that "wiretap covers a lot of different things."
