Jalapeño poppers are jalapeno green chillies that have been hollowed out, stuffed with a mixture of cheese and spices, which are then breaded and deep fried.

Ingredients:-
100 gms processed cheese diced
200 gms mozzarella cheese diced
400 gms jalapeno peppers, slit and seeded
1 no red bell pepper chopped
1 tsp black pepper
A touch of salt
¾th cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup dry bread crumbs
oil for frying
Method:-
In a bowl mix, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, salt and crushed black pepper properly.
Stuff the jalapeno chillies with this mix.
In another, mix refined flour and milk and form a thick slurry.
Dust the chillies with refined flour and coat them with the slurry and then the bread crumbs.
Keep the coated chillies in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Once cold, fry the stuffed chillies in oil on high flame turning every 30 seconds until crisp and golden brown.
Serve these Jalapeno Poppers hot with some ketchup!
