My Father Almighty
Today, with his heart in his hand,
I implore you, in your infinite mercy,
Protect my family from all evil,
Today begins a new stage,
In which, with much effort,
I have to leave to give them a better life,
Allows the road to be clear,
And get rid of the imminent dangers,
That the steps that take me away are accurate,
And take me safe to my destination,
I pray that you accompany me and guide me,
Softening the heart of every one of your children on the road,
To receive a fair amount of money for my work,
And that my family does not lack the daily bread,
May the new lands be fertile and generous,
May my heart never lose the light of your blessings,
My wife,
The children you have given me and all who love Me,
And I leave, for a moment them father, in my heart and in my soul,
So that I never stray from your path and my work is joyful,
And bear witness to your greatness through each of my labors.
