Ingredients:-
150 gms. Wheat Flour
100 gms. Maida
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1½ tsp. Dry Active Yeast
Warm Water
2 tbsp. Oil
½ Cup Milk and 1 spoon Sugar

Method:-
- In a bowl add wheat flour and maida through a sieve and add salt.
- Make a well in the middle and add sugar, dry active yeast and warm water.
- Mix well and add oil to the dough.
- Knead the dough properly as shown in the video until smooth.
- Grease a bread tin with oil and place the dough inside the tin for an hour.
- After an hour, brush the milk and sugar mixture on top of the dough.
- Preheat an oven for 5 minutes at 180°C. Bake the bread at 200°C for 10 minutes and 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven unmould and brush the bread with butter.
- Slice the bread after 3-4 hours.
