Learn how to make Multigrain Burger Bun at home as our Chef Upasana brings this simple, quick and healthy recipe on Rajshri Food.

Whole grain multigrain breads contain a dietary fibre content of up to four times greater than white breads and more vitamins and protein compared to white bread. Multigrain breads also provide complex carbohydrates.

Ingredients
125gms of Maida
50gms of Whole wheat flour
50gms of Naachni flour(Ragi)
15gms of Bajra flour
10gms of Ground Instant Oats
2.5gms of instant dry yeast
10gms of Sugar
2tbsp of Milk
10gms of butter
Salt
Milk
Sesame seeds

Method
Mix all the flours into a glass bowl. After mixing it properly transfer it on to a clean wooden surface and make a small well in the middle and add the yeast, sugar, Milk and 130ml of lukewarm water and quickly mix it together and knead it for 5-7 mins.

Once the dough comes together add 10gms of butter and 1tbsp of salt and again knead the dough for 5-7 mins.

In a bowl put some oil and spread it and keep the dough inside the bowl and apply some oil and cover it with a damp kitchen towel and keep it aside for around 45mins.

Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it on the wooden surface for around 1 min and roll the dough into a log and cut it into 6 equal portions and make small round balls.

Place the dough balls onto a slightly greased baking tray away from each other and keep them aside for another 15 mins.

Brush the dough balls with some milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it.

Place the buns in a pre heated oven at 230 degrees and bake them for around 10-12 mins.

The soft and nutritious buns are ready, now brush the top with some butter.
