True to the tradition of the show, castaway is given a chance to plead his case, for a jury of his peers. He pleads someone else's case instead. And, when it's time for individual hearing with these jury members, castaway picks fights and goes against the smallest wishes they had for his answer, in something that has to be suspected as intentionally losing. Possibility exists that this castaway wanted one last chance to be memorable and get a chance since it was pretty much set-in-stone who's winning Redemption Island after the final immunity challenge was done with.
