P90X Extreme Training System Results - Day 32
http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 32 of the P90X extreme training system and I did the Yoga X workout today. As I mentioned previously, I'm really starting to fall in love with yoga...
I really pushed myself hard during yoga today and really worked on my stretching and flexibility. I'm definitely becoming more and more flexible with each workout.
My lower back is a little sore from the workout so I'm going to take it easy tonight and rest it. I may get a massage tomorrow to see if that helps.
The diet is still on track and although I didn't get a chance to post a review on the blog of the Beachbody supplements I just started taking, I definitely will. I'm also adding creatine into the mix.
