How to Make a Lemon Drop Cocktail Once you have your seasonal fruit purees ready to go, why not use them in a delicious Seasonal Lemon Drop Cocktail? Each fruit provides a whole new experience for your palate. Watch on Small Screen: http://www.smallscreennetwork.com/video/454/liquid_kitchen_seasonal_lemon_drop/ Recipe: 1 1/2 oz Vodka 1/2 to 3/4 oz Seasonal Fruit Puree 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 to 3/4 oz simple syrup Instructions: Rim a large martini glass with super fine sugar. Measure vodka, fruit puree, lemon juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into the sugar rimmed glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist or seasonal fruit.
