The commander of the Libyan national army has been explaining the help and hindrance of foreign states, in the conflict that's plaguing the country. General Khalifa Haftar's been visiting Moscow, and has been speaking exclusively to RT.
He took part in the coup that brought Gaddafi to power, but also played a crucial role in toppling him in 2011.
RT's Sameera Khan explains how General Haftar fought his way back into Libya's political arena after decades abroad.
