Time to show how to make a cheeseburger Sous Vide for the summer! 131F for 2 hours and a blowtorch sear really made some fantastic burgers with edge to edge medium rare texture. Ingredients were grass fed ground chuck, colby jack cheese, salt, pepper, baby arugula, tomato and onion. \r
