Architecture: 5-Storey Apartment Sketchup Animation in 4k

This is a design I did for a 5-storey apartment concept within a 10x18 metre lot. The lot is a bit too cramped and I have yet to learn the proper thickness of the walls and supporting structures, but the general idea is to have the ground floor as parking; the second and third floors as the apartments; and the fourth floor as a private suite (for the owners of the building); and the fifth floor as an area for a small outdoor garden and for building utilities.

As you may have noticed, the building has an emergency escape ladder and a small elevator.
