Architecture: 5-Storey Hostel-Cafe Design

In this new building design, I decided to combine various business prospects in a single building. The ground floor houses the garage, utility room, and a common area for the hostel. The 2nd floor houses a bakery/cafe, while the 3rd and 4th floor houses the hostel (8-rooms). The 5th floor is fully dedicated as a separate living space for the owners of the building. The main challenge in designing for this kind of lot is the fact that you could only fit so much function within such a small space without seeming a bit too cramped.
