Julianne Hough Says She Was Called Fat Every Day On Movie Set

29-year-old dancer and actress Julianne Hough is incredibly fit, but she recently described an experience to Redbook where she was body-shamed on the set of a film. In her February cover interview, Hough revealed, "I did a film where I basically was told I was fat every day, yet I was the skinniest I'd ever been." She says that she's been working on trying to be more accepting of herself and has some methods of making sure she doesn't focus too much on criticizing herself. To get out of a negative head space Hough says, "Now, when I'm self-conscious, I'll do something completely crazy or goofy to get out of my own head — something fun that reminds me of the freedom I felt as a kid before all that happened."
