Storm Eleanor clean-up begins in Welsh town

A clean-up operation from Storm Eleanor was underway on Wednesday in the Welsh town of Newtown in Powys where a large tree fell in the grounds of the town hall.

Tree surgeons were seen cutting the trunk into sections with chainsaws so that it could be removed more easily.
