Tropical Storm Sanba, known locally as Basyang, made landfall in Surigao del Sur province on the Philippine island of Mindanao on Tuesday, February 13, bringing flooding, high winds, and causing deadly landslides.The storm weakened to a tropical depression as it made landfall at around 9 am, but not before it dumped heavy rain across several areas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.The storm tracked to the west through Bohol province and was expected to make landfall again later this week in Vietnam.This video shows driving rain and flooding in Tagbilaran, Bohol province, during Tropical Storm Sanba.
