Ingredients:-
Oil and Refined Flour (Maida) for dusting
20 Marie biscuits
½ cup Powdered Sugar
1½ tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Salt, to taste
¾ cup Milk
2 tbsp. Oil
Choco-chips for garnish
Method:-
1. Grease and dust a cake tin with oil and refined flour respectively.
2. Grind Marie biscuits in a mixer/grinder.
3. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to the ground biscuits and sieve it all together.
4. Then add milk in 2 parts and mix using a whisk.
5. Now add oil and mix again to form a batter.
6. Pour the batter into the cake tin and garnish with choco-chips.
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
8. Once the cake cools down to room temperature, unmould it as shown in the video and serve.
