Hey! Michele here. In the realm of emotional intelligence, I can think of few more helpful skills than learning emotion regulation. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) offers these skills as one of its four categories. I'll tell you generally what is taught and in later videos will go into more detail about these very helpful skills.
