These were our questions before we attended this activity.
The activity was a fun-filled, learning-rich activity on how our body moves, scientific information on how to exercise properly which includes, among others, proper breathing. The first part of the activity was a lecture type, attention-grabbing presentation about how we move. The second part is exercises. Then the last part was foam rolling.

Loosen tense muscles, so you can move smoothly and end up those moments when you feel pain while reaching out for something. Increase flexibility without over stretching.
