London firm revamps pay by letting staff set salaries

Companies have long held most of the cards when it comes to negotiating salaries with employees, but some firms are now trying out a different system where everyone knows what their colleagues earn, and staff can ask for whatever raise they like, with their peers helping decide how much they’re worth.
