Bill and Ben are tank engine twins who work at the China Clay Works and the harbor. One day the arranged some cars, but when they came back, all what was left was some diesel oil.\r

The set out to find the diesel. At a nearby yard, they saw the diesel in a siding with the missing cars. They started to play tricks on him until Edward arrived to stop the madness. The diesels name was Boco and didnt mean any harm with the cars. Bill and Ben apologized and went about their work.\r
