The dash cam footage shows the dangerous driver pass two articulated lorries and a car on the opposite side of the road, putting his life as well as others at risk.The shocking video was captured by Andrew Buckingham, 48, at 1:35pm yesterday (mon) on the A623, between Tideswell and Peak Forest, in Derbyshire. The HVG driver, from Chapel-en-le-Frith, also in Derbys., was only doing 35mph when the van sped passed.
