Ingredients:
3/4 kg Boneless Chicken, cut into pieces
400 ml Fresh Cream
10 - 12 Green Chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
Method of preparation:
Marinate the chicken with cream, green chilies, garam masala. Mix them well.
Add salt, coriander and keep it aside to marinate for 1 hour.
Put the marinated chicken in a hot pan and cook it on medium flame it till it's done.
Tip: Cook it till it's almost done and If you overcook, it becomes chewy.
Cover it with a lid and cook it.
Stir it occasionally so that it doesn't burn.
Once you dry it a bit, add the remaining cream and mix it well.
Garnish it with little more coriander.
Cook it for a few minutes more and our dish is ready to be served.
Switch off the flame and take it out on a serving plate.
