Microgreens have found favour with some of France's top chefs

French chefs are vying to get their hands on the latest culinary condiment... microgreens. In Saint-Jean-en-Val, in the Puy-de-Dôme, an English producer is cultivating these popular plants, growing in demand due to their distinctive flavours.
