MenStar Coalition. According to Prince Harry, the mission of the billion-dollar global initiative is to "break the cycle of male transmission of HIV, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa.” Prince Harry and Elton John share a special relationship through the late Princess Diana, Harry's mother. Sir Elton performed both at Diana's funeral and at Harry's wedding luncheon. Princess Diana was an extraordinary advocate for people with AIDS at a time when the stigma surrounding the disease was high.
