Tinder Founders Sue Parent IAC
A group of founders, executives and employees of the dating app Tinder are suing its parent company. Reuters reports, the lawsuit claims that IAC deliberately undervalued Tinder to avoid paying them billions of dollars. Filed in New York they are seeking damages of not less than $2 billion.
IAC owns over 80 percent of Match, which owns Tinder.
