According to Reuters, Israeli police have questioned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over a case involving the country’s largest telecoms firm. The case is one of three corruption probes Netanyahu has been named a suspect in. The Prime Minister, who is now in his fourth term, has denied any wrongdoing. However, authorities allege Netanyahu awarded regulatory favors to Bezeq Telecom Israel in return for positive coverage of him and his family on a news website owned by the company.
