Preheat the oven at 180°C
Ingredients:
For Cashew paste
1 cup Cashews, soaked
Water as required
For Vegan Cheese Spread
Cashew paste
Salt
For Mixture
Vegan Cheese Spread
1 tbsp Garlic, grated
1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped
3 Green Chillies, chopped
For Chilli Cheese Toast
2 Bread Slices
Olive Oil
Method of preparation:
For Cashew paste
In a mixer jar add cashew nuts, water and grind it into a fine paste.
Remove the paste into a glass jar, cover it with a cap lightly and keep it aside to ferment for 8 hours.
For Vegan Cheese Spread
In a bowl add cashew paste, salt and mix well.
Our Vegan cheese spread is ready.
For Mixture
In a bowl containing cheese spread add garlic, capsicum, green chillies, mix well and our mixture is ready.
For Chilli Cheese Toast
Take bread slices, grease it with olive oil, spread the mixture, and move it to the baking rack. Bake it inside a preheated oven for around 8 minutes. Our Chilli Cheese Toast is done and ready.
