Ingredients:- 1 tbsp Clarified Butter 1 tsp Cumin seeds 5 Green Chillies, slit Curry Leaves 1 Potato, chopped 1/2 cup Peanuts, soaked 2 cup Samo Rice, soaked 4 cups Water
Method:- Heat clarified butter in a vessel add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, potato, peanuts, stir them for 2 minutes. Add samo rice, mix well and stir it nicely for a minute. Add water and mix well. Add salt, close the lid and let it cook on low flame. Our fasting special, Varai Pulao is ready to eat.
