Ingredients:-
4 tbsp - Oil
Asafoetida
1 tsp - mustard seeds
5-6 Split Chilies
½ kg - Jackfruit (Chopped & boiled in salt )
1 cup - cashew
½ tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - red chili powder
1 tbsp - jaggery
Juice of ½ lime
1 cup grated coconut
Coriander
Method:-
Heat a wok, add oil and once the oil is hot add asafoetida, mustard seeds.
Once the mustard seeds start to crackle add chilies, jackfruit, cashew, turmeric powder, red chili powder, jaggery, lime juice.
Mix them well.
Add grated coconut and mix them well.
Close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Mix it once and then garnish it with coriander.
Our Fansachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
