Grass jelly is a popular dessert in Asia, typically served with syrup or honey over it. It’s also usually black.
But on our travels in Shenzhen, we found this unusual green grass jelly. We asked the lady making it how it got so green, and did a taste test to see if it was superior to the usual black variety.
