1. Potato -2 Big Size
2. Water 1Cup
3. Salt to taste
4. Oil -3tb
5. Onion -1
6. Besan /Gram flour /Chickpeas Flour-1cup
7. Red chili flex -1ts
8. Black pepper -1/4ts
9. Black salt -1/4ts
Method...
Boil Water in big vessal add salt to taste, Potato cubes and cook 50%. then strain the water..
Take a pan add 1tb Oil add julian cut Onion and fry in low to medium flame.
Take a bowl add Beasan , 1cup Water mix then add Salt to taste, Red chili flex, Black pepper, Black salt and mix it again then add caramelized Onion , boil potato and mix it nicely..
Heat a pan add 2tb Oil, add potato batter, spread and cover.cook in 6min. in low to medium flame then flip out and again cook 6min.without lid..our tasty and healthy Potato Omelette is ready..
