Ingredients:
4 Eggs - గుడ్డు
1 Cup Rice - అన్నము
22 Garlic Cloves - వెల్లుల్లి
4-5 Green Chillies - పచ్చిమిర్చి
2-3 Spring Onions, chopped - ఉల్లి కాడలు
1 tbsp Black Pepper - నల్ల మిరియాలు
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder - పసుపు
Salt - ఉప్పు
3-4 tbsp Oil - నూనె
Method:
- First make an omelette using eggs, turmeric, black pepper & salt. Keep the omelette aside to cool down.
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add garlic, green chillies, black pepper powder, spring onion & salt. Mix everything well.
- Then add the rice and again mix well.
- Chop the omelette into small pieces and add them to the rice. Mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 mins.
- Egg Fried Rice is ready!
