Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis spoke on the second day of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2018. He spoke about the violence at Bhima Koregaon and the activists who have been placed under house arrest as alleged 'maoist sympathisers' and 'urban naxals. “Call them urban Naxals or whatever but these people are colluding," he said. He also accused them of having a larger conspiracy to ferment violence at multiple places. Fadnavis was speaking at the 16th edition of the annual leadership summit. He was joined on the panel by Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy.
