This refreshing easy Caramel Apple Smoothie is actually healthier! This smoothie is a great breakfast, snack or dessert options for kids and adults


Ingredients:
Milk 1,5% — 6 oz
Apple juice - 2 oz
Apple - 1
Caramel syrup for optional garnish - 2 tbsp
Ice
Kcal per 100 g - 81

Directions:
Core the apple and cut it into chunks
Place all the ingredients into the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a serving glass and decorate with some additional caramel
