To top things off, the afternoon high tomorrow will be around the 20 degrees Celsius, under clear skies and minimum levels of fine dust. Pyeongyang will also be sunny and cloudless, but Tokyo will continue getting drenched through the weekend.
Morning lows will be 1 to 3 degrees lower than the seasonal average. Seoul wakes up at 7 degrees Celsius while Chuncheon drops to 4 degrees.
However, the afternoon temperatures will rise up to the seasonal average. The readings will be similar across the country.
Seoul tops out at 20 degrees,... Busan and Jeju hit 21 and 19 degrees respectively. But keep in mind we have a huge temperature gap of about 10 degrees or more as soon as the sun goes down,... so make sure you dress accordingly.
