Raila Odinga speech today in Homabay as Sharon Otieno is buried

Raila Odinga has hinted at possible changes to the constitution touching on governance of county assemblies in a bid to improve services to the people. Raila said county assemblies had become "theatres of the absurd" hence the need for an urgent amendment of the laws.
