Learn how to make Egg Roll at home with Chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani.

Egg Roll or Anda Roll is a delicious snack recipe that you can make for your in their tiffin. This roll recipe is made by stuffing bell peppers, cheese, coriander inside the egg paratha. Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.


Ingredients:-
5 Eggs, beaten
1 small Onion, finely chopped
Green Chillies, chopped
6 Chapati
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Oil
Mayonnaise
Tomato Ketchup
Chilli sauce
Yellow Bell Pepper, julienne
Red Bell Pepper, julienne
Coriander leaves, chopped
Cheese, grated

Method of preparation:-
Take 6 eggs in a bowl, add onion, green chilli and beat them well.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, pour the egg mixture into the vessel.
Apply mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and place the chapati on the egg.
Once it's cooked on one side, flip it and cook the chapati as well.
Take it out on a plate, add bell peppers, coriander, cheese and roll the chapati.
Cut the chapati from the center and our Egg Roll is ready to eat.
